FAQ About GrainBrew Beer Equipment

1. What standard are your cables?

Since different countries have different standard, we usually suggest our customers to purchase them from their local. We used to equip them with our equipment, but in many countries they couldn’t be use and can only be thrown away.

2. Could the carbonation stone be taken down if I don’t want to use it?

Yes, we will equip the end cap for you. When you remove them, you could cover them by the end cap.

3. Why the glycol water pump isn’t the same as wort pump?

The glycol water don’t need to contact directly with the wort, so we equip a multistage pump for glycol water transferring. The sanitary level is lower but it has a bigger pumping head. As you know the glycol water pipes are usually long.

4. About the natural damage, is it meaning that it is damaged by thunder/lightning Typhoon etc?

No. For example, if the pump was working well yesterday, and it doesn’t working today under normal operating conditions. This is called natural damage.
