The operation of bottle washing

The bottle washing processes are not easy, and the cost for bottling machine and bottle recycle is not cheap.
Usually if it's not mass produced, we suggest using new bottles directly.

1.Bottle in and out

The used bottle and the new bottle should be completely separated to completely avoid  secondary pollution.

2. Pre-dip

Steeping bottles with water temperature of 35-40°C, lasts for 1 min.
It is best to use "sprayed warm water " to steep the bottles for water reusing.

3. Alkaline Steeping

It is safe and convenient to add with solid NaOH.
The concentration of Alkaline liquid depending on different bottles.
The concentration of Alkaline liquid used for new bottle is about 1%, used bottle with label is about 2.2%, and used bottle after label removed is about 1.4%.

4. Alkaline liquid spraying

The concentration of alkaline liquid used for the spray should be lower than that used for steeping.
The temperature in first step of the spray should be around 70°C, and the second step should be around 60 °C.  The  70°C liquid in first step can be cooled to 60 ° C  for second step. Warm water of 40°C could be used for pre-dip and spray.

5. Warm water spray

First spray with 40 ° C warm water, then spray with 26 ° C water, and finally spray with normal temperature tap water.

6. Others

The pressure of water should be controlled more than 0.1 MPa, to ensure the water which sprayed on the bottle is with a certain pressure.
In addition, after the spraying, the bottles should be gradually cooled down to avoid damaging.
