What are the main factors that make up the typicality of beer?

The main factors that distinguish and constitute the typicality of beer are as follows:
1. Flavor
Beer is divided into light, dark and black. Light beer should highlight the hop aroma and refreshing hop bitter taste. The taste is soft and refreshing.
The rich beer and black beer should highlight the malt flavor and taste mellow.
2. Color
The light-colored beer is light yellow, giving a refreshing feeling visually, with the desire and impulse to drink. The rich-colored beer is reddish-brown, giving a warm feeling.
The black beer is actually blue-black and mellow. Regardless of the color of the three kinds of beer, the color should be bright and eye-catching.
3. Transparency
The appearance of the finished beer should be clear, transparent, shiny, and should not be cloudy or precipitated.
Physical and chemical analysis indicators are tested by turbidity
4. Foam and Co2 Beer's foam can be observed and measured in four aspects, namely, foaming, foam morphology and foaming.
Beer foaming refers to the amount of foaming and foaming that is poured into the cup according to the sensory index. Good quality beer has good foaming, fine foam,
white color, thick foam disappears quickly, and the color is yellow. The foaming property is the length of time that the foam is maintained after the beer is poured into the cup,
and the high-quality beer holding property is more than 3 minutes.
The Co2 content in beer directly affects the foam performance. The sufficient Co2 content is good for foaming. After drinking, there is a comfortable feeling of stimulation,
which is usually called “killing”. If the Co2 content is insufficient, the killing power is poor.
