TIANTAI recently had the pleasure of working with Byeolmac Brewing Co. Korea to set up a 20HL brewery equipment in their facility. The equipment included a malt milling machine, 2000L three vessels brewhouse, 2000L conical beer fermenter, 4000L conical beer fermentation tank, 2000L bright beer tank, brewery CIP, keg washer and filler machine, beer bottling machine, and other necessary equipment.









We worked closely with Byeolmac Brewing Co. to ensure that the equipment met their specific needs and requirements. Our team provided expert guidance throughout the entire process, from initial design to installation and commissioning.







The 2000L three vessels brewhouse was the centerpiece of the brewery equipment. This system enabled Byeolmac Brewing Co. to brew their beer with precision and consistency, while the 2000L conical beer fermenter and 4000L conical beer fermentation tank provided ample space for fermentation and settling.







In addition, the 2000L bright beer tank, brewery CIP, keg washer and filler machine, and beer bottling machine allowed the brewery to package their beer efficiently and with a high level of quality control.
 
Throughout the entire project, our team worked diligently to ensure that the equipment was installed correctly and met all safety and quality standards. We provided technical expertise and support, and worked closely with Byeolmac Brewing Co. to ensure that the equipment met their specific needs and requirements.
