This is a set of 1000l beer brewing equipment with a three-vessel brewhouse(Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun) heated by steam, a 2000l hot liquor tank, 2000l glycol water tank and 100l CIP system included. There are two instrumental control cabinets included in this system for brewhouse and fermentation unit respectively. As the venue space of our client was sufficient to put the equipment back the time so there were no much special designs for the brewhouse layout, but if there are some cases like the venue space is a bit small for your planed project, the brewhouse layout could be flexible designed for you according to your venue blueprints or dimensions.  
 
Regarding the delivery and installation of the equipment, we have professional forwarders to deliver the cargoes to you based on your appointed location, or if you prefer to let your forwarders to do all this we could also help to prepare all the necessary materials for the customs declaration and clearance procedures. As for the installation, for small sizes of brewery system, most cases our customers usually choose to install it themselves as the process is not very complicated, during the process, we’ll also provide the manual instructions, videos and photos or other forms of assistance to help finish the whole process.
 
All sizes of fermentation tanks, unitanks and brite beer tanks provided based on production purposes. The dimensions of the tanks could also be micro adjusted within reasonable ranges like if you prefer it to be slender or shorter, if there are some height limits of the ceiling, etc. All tanks equipped with adjustable feet in case there are slops on the ground, for some special ares, we could also provide the earthquake-proof foot pad to fix the tanks better.
