With the continuous development of craft beer all over the world, there are more and more 5000L craft independent breweries appearing. Such a brewery can have higher beer production capacity and at the same time a very good and rich taste of beer can be kept well, so compared with 500L and 1000L micro breweries, a 5000L micro brewery is an good expansion, which also means the brewery has a bigger presence locally.

We have recently completed a few brewery installations of this size, so here please allow me to share one of them with you.

Rolling Tomato Brewing is a new micro brewery installed in Yangzhou City in May 2022. It has been running for almost a year now, and the beers they brew has been loved by local consumers.
