In 2021, TIANTAI had a big pleasure of working with Birra Puddu s.r.l. in Italy to set up a 1000L 2-Vessel brewery. Here I would like to share some device configurations and photos with you.



The main specifications of the beer brewing system:
--Malt milling machine
--1000L 2-Vessel steam heated brewhouse
--1x1000L stainless steel conical beer fermenter
--3x2000L beer fermenters
--1x1000L bright beer tank with agitator
--200L brewery CIP etc.





Brewery equipment successfully arrived their home in Italy from China.
Place them according to the equipment layout and have a successful installation.









After successful installation, they started brewing their first batch!
