STBOI BREWERY SLU set up their own brewery with a 25HL 2 vessel brewery system. The whole system mainly includes 2 vessel brewhouse with 50HL hot water tank, 50HL cold water tank, 12HL fermenters, 25HL fermenters and brite tank etc.
