500L Project In Sweden
In the recent years, we have many project all over the world.
For micro brewery capacity around 500L, we have a typical project in Sweden.
Its main configurations are:
- 300-500KG/H completely stainless steel Miller
- 0.5T/H Auger
- 500L Grist hopper
- 500L Two vessels brewhouse: 500L mash/lauter tun, 500L kettle/whirlpool tun
- 500L Hot water tank
- 5x1000L fermentation tanks
- 2x1000L brite beer tanks
- Control panel: brewhouse and fermentation control panel
- Cleaning tank: Alkali tank and sterile water tank
Auger and Grist hopper could save labor effectively.
Separated brewhouse and fermentation control panel would prevent them from interfering with each other and simplify the electric wiring and operation.
Also it will be more operable when you add more fermenters for expanding.
