As a medium-sized brewery set-up, the 1000l brewing system are most popularly selected among our customers for expanding their business from a small scale of craft brewery base. With turnkey solutions provided, there are one station services provided from consulting, designing, manufacturing to testing, delivering, installation and maintenance. Customization services are all available to be supplied to meet your requirements like layout designing, logos customizing and configurations equipping, etc.
 
Multiple sizes of fermentation tanks designed in combination for different beer output per day. For two vessel brewhouse, usually there would be need about 8 hours to finish the first batch of brewing, and about 12 hours to finish double batches per day if to keep the machine running.
 
From the very beginning of site preparing, it might need about 6-12 months to get ready for the project progressing, based on your draft drawing of venue space, we’d help to design a layout drawing to help you have a general understanding of the total areas and placement of the whole system, it would also help to determine the configurations included in your system later. Otherwise, if the space is yet to be decided, we’d also love to provide some standard areas estimate to help you find the suitable space in case of any extra cost spending.
