In 2016, TIANTAI had a big pleasure of working with 4KD crick brewery in USA to set up a 400L 2 vessel brewery equipment in their facility. This is our first set of equipment in the United States in 2016. Brewer and chef Aaron Weible has always dreamed of one day owning his own brewery, and he knows a lot about brewery equipment. We communicated via email discussing the details of the project and within just seven days we had all the details finalized and Aaron placed the order. We really appreciate with Aaron trust on us,and also admire his enthusiasm on his dream.
 
The whole system mainly includes:
--400L 2 vessel brewhouse [MLT+KWT+400L HLT]  Electricity heating
--3BBL Fermentation Tank/Unitank  [ 6 sets]
--Glycol Chilling Unit  [1000L GWT + 2x3HP Chiller]
--Controlling Unit [Floor type]
--Portable CIP Pump
--1/6 barrel kegs [D type spear  25sets]
--1/2 barrel kegs [D type spear  25sets]
After confirming configuration,we start to manufacture his equipment quickly.







After production is complete, the equipment is loaded into containers and prepared for shipment to the United States.





After several weeks of shipping by sea, the equipment arrived at 4KD crick brewery, Exciting!!!
Place them according to the equipment layout and get ready for installation. We have to admire Aaron ability and patience.He installed this brewery by himself.
