Just like its name, unitank is one tank that combines the function of two tanks-------the fermentation tank and brite beer tank, it combines the features of a fermenter and a bright tank allowing brewers the ability to ferment or carbonate their beer in a single vessel.
 
What’s the advantages of a unitank?
First, save your cost, which is one of the important factors that most brewers concerned. As the unitank combines the function of both fermenters and brite beer tanks, which steamlines the beer brewing process, so you could buy less equipment and save labor and time meantime. Besides, it could also save a certain area of space, good choice to save more room especially for breweries who has limited areas and also intend to expand.
Second, lower the risk of beer contamination.
As we know every time the beer exposes to air, the risk of beer contamination increases as well, through unitanks, we could reduce one time of beer transfer to the brite beer tanks and realize the fermenting and aging in unitanks only.
