2500L Automatic Brewery Equipment With PLC Control
2500L beer brewery system finished production and will ship to Colombia soon, I took some fresh photos for you guys reference as below:
The main parameters of this system as below:
(1). The brewery system is 2500L capacity;
(2). The brewhouse based on 3 vessel: Mash tun + Lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + Hot liquor tank, same as the one we quoted you;
(3). The whole brewhouse is designed based on foursquare structure according to the building on site;
(4). The lauter tun with VFD controlled grain rake, with auto lifting function to save labour;
(5). The mash tun with VFD controlled;

(6). We designed a manifold beside the brewhouse tanks, for easier operation of the tanks cleaning;
(7). The stainless steel control cabinet is installed on platform for easier operation during brewing, with PLC control and touch screen;
(8). For accessing to hydrator easily, we designed one extra stair near the mash tun, it is removable;
(9). All of the tanks designed with chimney for steam venting, it is more beautiful.
