Our 300l beer brewing system is most popularly used in some small size craft breweries, brewpubs, restaurants, especially for opening small breweries and starting beer business from the very beginning. It occupies a rather small area and has a relative low requirement to budget. As shown in the photo, the standard layout of two vessel brewhouse is usually combined of mash/lauter tun, kettle/whirlpool tun and double size of hot liquor tank to ensure enough and timely supply of brewing waters, and also a double size of glycol water tank for cooling down the wort and fermenters.
 
As requested of customer, the brewhouse adopts electric tubes instead of steam as heating sources. Electric heating is commonly used in this small size beer brewing systems to help reduce running cost further. Plate heat exchanger equipped to bring down the temperature of wort quickly before it enters into the fermenters and improves the heat exchange efficiency greatly.
 
Fan-shaped manhole door for better observing and checking the wort condition. Accessories and fittings being counted and sorted out before shipment.
 
Operational platform available to be customized based on personal preferences, movable style supplied to save more valuable space.
