For 3-vessel beer brewing equipment, the most common and popular used brewhouse layout among our customers is this one of Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun+Hot Liquor Tun showed in the above photo, in this layout, the efficiency of beer brewing job is improved greatly. Except for this, we could also provide other combinations like Mash/Lauter Tun+Kettle Tun+Whirlpool Tun or Mash/Kettle Tun+Lauter Tun+Whirlpool Tun for your options. The top mounted manhole could be customized into SUS or glass for your options, and logos are also available to be printed on tanks body or glass manholes for your preferences.
 
Both the brewhouse layout and configurations could be customized according to your real conditions or your special requests, like the dimensions of the tanks could be designed slender or shorter to well-fit in your venue space or to save the delivery cost by saving more container room. The steps of the platform could be customized on the left like the one in photo or on the right or middle of the platform based on your operational styles. At the very beginning, our engineer will design this layout for you based on your blueprint or dimensions of the site, and it will also helps to confirm the configurations later.
