Brewhouse Structure: Two vessel brewhouse structure with double size of hot liquor tank to ensure enough using of brewing water, the part of water coming out from heat exchanger will be recycled back into the hot liquor tank for next batch of brewing or cleaning or other purposes.
Glycol Water Tank: Double size of glycol water tank helps to reasonably control the glycol water temperatures for balancing wort cooling and fermenting.
Chillers: two sets of chillers suggested as standard for energy saving under different cooling demands circumstances and for emergency situations(machine break down for some reasons) in case of any beer looses.
Layout Designing: layout drawings available to be designed based on floor plan or estimated areas. Tanks available to be designed in different diameters for specific purposes like saving space or meeting the ceiling height requirements.
