What is a Calandria?
Calandrias are essential parts of the craft beer making procedure. In the brewhouse, a calendria is a warmth exchanger that boils the wort inside the kettle or heats the water in the warm water storage tank (HLT).
There are 2 common setup techniques for calandria:

Inner: a submersed calandria warms the surrounding liquid
Exterior: the liquid being warmed is pumped with tubes with a high surface area to quantity proportion
In both installations super-heated heavy steam is the heating medium.
