CONTROLLING LEVEL OF A BREWERY

According to different budget and operation habit, different customers have different requirements about the controlling level of their brewery.
Such as pneumatic valves control, automatic lifting of grain rake, PLC control panel, auto-water mixing etc.
 
Below are the pictures of some 2000L-3000L beer brewing system, which specifications are most preferred by customers:


 
No.1: 2000L Three vessel brewhouse with basic manually butterfly valves. 
Features: Covers all functions that a brewery should have, manual operation makes strong control over each step.
 
No.2: 2000L Three vessel brewhouse with auto-lifting grain rake.
Features: Based on manual operation, the heavy grain rake could be lifted/lowered through control panel, it can save labor. 
 
No.3: 20BBL Four vessel brewhouse with pneumatic valves and flow diagram control cabinet.
Features: Valves' switch could be easily controlled on the cabinet, and the flow diagram looks visual/straightforward. Comparing with the PLC panel, it’s easier to maintain and more economical.
 
No.4: 3000L Four vessel brewhouse with PLC control panel, auto-water mixing, CIP mainfold etc.
Features: Easily operation and more automatic brewery. Most of the steps could be done through the touch screen control panel.
