What is centrifuge?
A centrifuge is a machine that uses centrifugal force to separate components from liquid and solid particles or a mixture of liquid and liquid.

Disc Stack Separation System
By shape or standard classification, centrifuges are mainly divided into three-legged centrifuges, horizontal spiral centrifuges, disc centrifuges and tubular centrifuges. The following is a description of the disc centrifuges.

The system specially designed for beer and beer pre-clarification with the target to produce the best quality beer with high performance and maximized shelf life.The separators are high performance clarifiers with intermittent solids discharges.The design ensure slow power consumption and keeps the oxygen pick-up at a minimum.

Why use a disc?
Because discs shorten the settling path and increase the settling area.
Applications for centrifuges

Hot wort separation.
Recovery of beer from residual yeast and tank bottoms.
Clarification of fresh beer with the addition of yeast or can dregs.
Separation of cold wort, dregs wort and fresh beer.
Adjustment of beer turbidity.
