1. The basic way to clean the fermenter
Rush the clear water to remove out all the foam inside the fermenter----->recycling washing by 2.0%-4.0% alkaline liquor around 30 minutes----->rush the water until the ph is neutral----->recycling washing by sanitizer more than 10min.
According the above theory, we could design the following CIP cleaning process.
1) alkaline wash+acid pickling+sterilize
2) alkaline wash+sterilize
3) acid pickling+sterilize
 
Notice:
1. Normally, the washing liquor should be discharged every 6-8weeks.
2. The washing liquor and sterilant should be checked two time every week.
3. Check the testing accessories of CIP system is workable in regular.
