How to maintain the fermentation system?

1.The environment of the fermenting equipment should be clean, dry, well ventilated,
water steam cannot be directly poured into the electrical appliances.
2.After the equipment is enabled, must be promptly cleaned to prevent the fermentation
broth in the fermentation tank and pipe, the valve.
3.All kinds of instruments, should be stored in accordance with the provisions of maintenance,
pressure gauges,safety valves,thermometers should be calibrated once a year.
4.Equipment should be cleaned and dry when stop using. The filter should be removed for cleaning,
dry and safe custody, flange pressure must should be released to prevent permanent deformation of the seal.

Special precautions for fermenter maintenance:
1.In the fermentation process,it is strictly prohibited to open the filter drain valve suddenly caused the fermentation broth back.
2.When a sudden power outage, should quickly close the fermentation tank and the air system into the exhaust valve to keep
the tank pressure and the air system does not cause negative pressure.
3.Sterilization filter steam sterilization pressure shall not exceed 0.15 Mpa.
4.Empty, real consumption,the jacket of the water should be empty, the real cooling, the pressure can not be 0.
