Please allow me to share some feasible measure to help saving more room for your brewery.
To start building a brewery, one of the most important factor need to be considered is the size of your venue, the dimensions of premises will definitely determines the specific capacities of your brewery equipment. Therefore, before you choose the right sizes of your brewhouse, it is important to decide the space you are gonna use first.
 
During the process of designing and building a brewery for our clients, the venue schedule has always been one of our greatest concerns, and we often met this situation that the available site is a bit too small for the brewery equipment they wanted. We understand that it is not easy to build a brewery and therefore we’d love to try the best to find more feasible solutions to make the fully use of the brewery space and help the equipment well fit in.
The measures are mainly as follows:
1) Adjust the diameters of the tanks:
In most cases, the diameters of our tanks are able to be micro adjusted according to specific requirements, the standard parameters marked in the quotation is just for references and it could be customized according to your further requests.
Like if the surface area is limited and the room height is allowed, we could make the tanks more skinnier and higher; On the contrary, we could also enlarge the diameters of the tanks and make it more short for you if there is height limitations.
 
2) Stackable Tanks:
We are now having this stacked horizontal lagering tanks to save more space for your brewery, and they mainly comes in this two combinations:
 
Of course the premises is also that the room height is allowed, due to the height limitations, most cases the double layer of tanks is common and popular to be used, but under some circumstances, we could also make it triple stacked if you prefer.
3) Longer stainless steel tubes customized to put some tanks like hot water tank or glycol water tank on a farther position.
