New finished 4 vessels brewery system
Recently we finish one set of 600l brewery system for Euro customer. It is typical 4 vessels brewhouse: Mash tun, Lauter tun, Kettle tun, Whirlpool tun. Also there is 2 batches capacity hot water tank to supply enough hot water when mashing.
Fermenter is 1800liter, 3 batches than brewhouse.
The customers prefer to follow a classic German brewhouse design, which means, separate tuns and separate function, like more and more German beer equipment do. Every tank has unique function, which will not bring any negative effect to each other and help them brew prefect beer.
A special design: wort grant with liquid level sensor for collection of wort. The customers think it is very important feature that must be installed, which will make life easier to brewmaster. A wort grant is simply a small tank that collects the wort from the lauter tun. The pump is connected directly to the wort grant instead of the lauter tun. Gravity gently pulls the wort from the lauter tun, thus minimizing compression of the grain bed. The liquid level sensor is used to turn the pump on when the grant is full, thus freeing the brewer to tend to other things.
How do you think about this design? Any your comments will be warmly appreciated
