Our New Design Of CIP System

As you know, CIP system is very important for tanks’ cleaning. This is because the vessels are not easy to move. We have to clean them in place.
And CIP is short for Clean In Place.

Recently, we have a new design of CIP system.
In this blog, we would like to simply introduce it for you.
What we used before is as the first picture shows.






These days our new type of CIP system has been designed. Please check the second picture.

As you can see, there are something different from the previous one.
We added the top mounted manhole for easy maintaining and operating, optimized the pipes and added the valves to reduce the risk of mixing, added sampling valve for easy measuring concentration. These makes operating more reasonable and humanized.
