For starting brewery business from very beginning, usually the nano sizes of brewhouse are in popular demands among our customers like 3bbl, 500l or 5bbl. If with no much beer brewing experiences before and the venue space is not very big, the 200l and 300l would also be good options to be considered. And the two vessel brewhouse would therefore being suggested to realize normally single batch of beer brewing per day.
 
Then floor plan design services would be provided by us based on venue blueprints or dimensions to make sure the equipment will fit in the site in the future.
As for the number of fermenters, most of our customers would choose 3 sets as a start, it is mainly depends on the types of beer that you are planning to brew like ale, lager, stout, ipa, etc.
 
Then the glycol cooling system mainly including glycol water tank, chillers and cip machine would also be needed for beer&wort cooling as well as tanks cleaning.
Besides, the manufacturing and delivery of equipment usually takes a certain period of time, therefore if there is any plans to open the brewery on summer time, it would be better to make some tanks production schedules in advance.
