Currently, the structure without the square frame is usually being used in small-to-medium horizontal tanks according to our experiences, especially for double layers since the whole weight and pressure are all concentrated on the bottom tank. So considering its steady performance, we usually just suggest the square frame one at the beginning.
And the biggest advantage of this frame structure would be more stronger, the inside of tanks more simpler.
 
Racking arms customized and be sloped to ensure complete drainage.
Now the stacked lagering tanks are becoming more and more popular among our customers since there might be limited space left with the continuing brewery expanding, if the room height is allowed, triple stacked tanks would be also be good options to save more of your room. And then the supported square frame structure would also be recommended considering the stability.
