The 1000l fermenters are popularly used in small to medium craft breweries for beer fermentation or maturation, they are made of high-quality stainless steel, which offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and sanitation properties. The cylindrical design with a conical bottom, allowing for efficient yeast settling and easy collection of sediment.
 
For this size of fermenters, usually the side-mounted manways are suggested considering the easy cleaning and better insulation effects, but top manholes are also available to be customized if there are any special requirements.
 
Main configurations included:
Cooling jacket: dimple plate on bottom and side wall, welded without over burning.
CIP arm: top mounted double clamp 360°rotary CIP spraying ball and port.
Tank working pressure: ≤2 bar/30psi.
Horizontal mounted rotating racking arm.
Discharge arm with butterfly valve, removable and easy to clean.
Thermowell: sanitary welded thermowell for high accuracy temperature sensor.
CO2 blow off arm with butterfly valve.
Full sanitary sampling valve with EPDM seal.
Dry hopping port with solid end cap, hops pitching tank for optional.
Insulation: TH=80mm with low thermal conductivity PU.
Complete valves, fittings, and all parts, Triclamp/DIN Union available.
