Main fermentation stage
At this stage, the hot beer flows up and the cold beer flows down. Therefore, we should strengthen the cooling of the upper part of the conical tank.
Post fermentation stage
At this stage, the flow direction of liquor in the fermentation tank is opposite to that in the main fermentation stage. The beer with low temperature moves upward, while the beer with high temperature moves downward. Therefore, we need to strengthen the cooling at the bottom of the fermentation tank at this stage, and the effect is better.
 
In the fermentation stage, we generally use the tank to control the temperature, and the two cooling jackets of the column are mainly used for cooling during the fermentation stage and the end of the main fermentation are cooled to more than 3 °C. When the depth is cooled to less than 3°C, the cooling jacket at the lower part of the cone and the column is used for cooling. In the beer storage stage, the cone cooling jacket is mainly used for cooling.
