Here I’d like to introduce some detailed information of our brewery equipment to you, let see what mainly included in a whole set of brewery system!
 
First, the malt milling part, all sizes of grain mill with according different production output based on brewhouse capacity. Except for the stainless model showed in the above photo, we could also provide the economic painting one for your options.
 
Second, the brewhouse system. The common and popular choice among all combinations are usually the two or three vessel brewhouse, and the four vessel brewhouse is more popular in large-size brewery systems considering to improve the job efficiency when there are multiple batches of beer brewing expected per day.
Normally the two vessel brewhouse are combined by the Mash/Lauter Tun, kettle/Whirlpool Tun and HLT like the one showed.
 
Third, the fermentation system. All sizes of fermentation tanks/unitanks and brite beer tanks are provided with customized configurations. Small tanks usually equipped with the top-mounted manway and side-mounted one for tanks over 1000L.
 
And then the essential part for a brewery------CIP cleaning system.
For nano size of brewery equipment, usually the CIP pump would be enough, and for bigger breweries, this CIP Cart is usually being suggested.
Last would be the glycol cooling system, we supply the whole part including the glycol water tank, chillers and transfers.
Besides, we also supply all the other common used machines in brewery like the bottle filling machine, keg filling&washing machine, canning machine, etc.
