Generally speaking, the turnkey solutions provided for brewery project mainly include the services from consulting, designing, manufacturing to delivering, installation and finally maintenance.
Let’s see how this works specifically!
 
Consulting&Designing: first, before the detailed discussions being expanded, our customers would usually consult us with some questions about the technical details of the brewery equipment and general areas needed for the machine, etc. Technical design drawings are available to be designed and provided by our engineers freely based on current venue dimensions and personal operational preferences like the total floor plan, the brewhouse platform styles, etc. Like the above photo showed, 3D drawings will also be provided for your better checking of the complete layout and also help with installing finally.
 
Manufacturing: when the technical drawings are being confirmed, the next would be production period, usually for small to medium systems, the delivery date would be normally 90 days around, for larger systems or when it comes to peak seasons, the manufacturing time be extended some specific time based on real conditions. But if there are some conditions like the single tanks or machines that in urgent required, we’d also love to do what we can to narrow the production period for you as much as possible!
 
Delivering: after the production is finished, the equipment would be arranged to be transferred as soon as possible. We provide all delivery services including FOB, CIF, or Door to Door services, etc. For bigger system, the tanks would be fixed on frame to make sure the safe transportation and fully use the container spaces to save your cost. For smaller piece of equipment, wooden cases are also provided to save cost.
 
Installation: for smaller systems, most of customers would choose to finish the installation themselves as the whole process wouldn’t be too complicated. Besides, except for all the marks, signs and serial numbers to help with recognizing, we’ll also provide all the other necessary helps including manuals, instructions, photos and videos to help with it.
For bigger and large systems, our engineers are available to be send over to finished the installation if there are needs.
Maintenance: maintenance services are provided whenever there are any requirements.
