What is a Craft Brewery




1) Little.

Yearly production of 6 million barrels of beer or less (around 3 percent of united state yearly sales). Beer production is attributed to a maker according to guidelines of alternating proprietorships.

2) Independent.

Much less than 25 percent of the craft brewery is owned or regulated (or equal financial interest) by a beverage alcohol sector member that is not itself a craft maker.

3) Maker.

Has a TTB Maker's Notice and makes beer.
