Now, more and more brew master would like to equip the inner cooker for kettle tun. So, what’s is the inner cooker? It means the tubular heat exchanger. In boiling process, the wort will pass through the heat exchager and to be heated to boiling state. There is a fan shape protection cover above the heat exchanger to disperse the wort evenly. So, let’s check out the pros and cons of the inner cooker

Pros:
1.No need to invest lots and maintenance carefully
2.Less electricity consumption
3.Less heating loss
4.low pressure saturated steam is also available for heating
5.Boiling temp and speed is adjustable
6.No need for agitator

Cons:
1.Hard to clean it. After using for some time, the inner cooker need to be cleaned carefully.
2.The steam pressure need to be controlled well. Otherwise, Higher pressure make steam temp higher, as a result, wort is too hot partly, effecting the wort quality.
