Can you tell me what it would cost to go direct fire rather than steam? How is the direct fire tanks configured?



Below are some changes by changing to direct fire heating.
 
1. Changes for Mash/Lauter tank: No heating
 
2. Some changes for kettle/Whirlpool tank:
1) A firebox is needed, the height is 0.5M, so the total height with firebox is 3.1M.
2) An agitator is needed for mixing
3) A burner is needed, but we suggest you buy in USA, as we also buy Midco burner, which is from USA.
