This set of 400l combined three vessel brewhouse is designed for one of our great customers in Japan, this kind of special brewhouse layout is designed for fitting in some small breweries whose venue space is relatively small, it helps to save more room and operation space by reducing one tank and increase the equipment height. The most frequently used combinations for this layout are mash/lauter tun on upper, kettle/whirlpool tun on below and HLT or mash/lauter tun on top, HLT on below and kettle/whirlpool tun.
 
The spent grain door will be designed on reasonable position based on venue blueprint for convenience of sprain out.
 
Top cip balls realize cleaning inside of tanks without dead corners.
 
The 400l top manhole fermentation tanks. For capacities less than 10hl, we usually suggest the standard top mounted manhole for our customers, that is because as you know the tank’s body are belong to double layers structure, but the manhole part can only be made of single layer, considering the temperature insulation, we usually suggest the top manhole to try to avoid this loss. For big tanks, this part of loss is rather small and considering the convenience of maintaining and cleaning, the side mounted manholes would be better option.
But in other case, if there are height limits in your venue and the top manhole would be hard to be open, the side manhole is also available to be provided for your options.
