Designed with working pressure of 2 bar, our 5bbl fermenter has working volume of 600l and total volume of 780l with 25% minimum headspace.
Top manway designed as standard based on tanks insulation considerations, front manway available to be customized as per requests;
Dimple plate cooling jacket installed on both side and conical bottom.
 
Dry hopping port 4'' with solid end cap installed horizontal level available (Hops pitching tank for optional)
Standard dimensions: Φ1360x2655mm (available to be designed based on room heights or space requirements)
 
Carbonation stone, spunding valve and level indicator available to be selected for options.
Adjustable feet equipped for uneven floor mounted.

  
Tanks ready to be delivered!
 
Portable floor pumps for cip cleaning and wort transferring.
Anti-rusted stainless steel control box equipped as standard configurations;
Wheels and handles for convenience of moving;
VFD Speed Control provided for special request.
