The Malting-Pot concept is a brewpub, a beautiful shaded terrace, beers brewed on site and homemade world cuisine. In 2023, TIANTAI had a big pleasure of working with Malting-Pot in France to set up a 1000L 2-Vessel brewery. Here I would like to share some equipment configurations and photos with you.



The main specifications of the beer brewing system:
--Malt milling machine with Flexible conveying and grist silo
--1000L 2-Vessel steam heated brewhouse with double batch hot water tank and cold water tank
--PLC control
--Glass wort grant with high and low level IFM sensor for auto wort lautering.
--City water and hot water auto blending station for mashing, sparging etc.
--Sink with customized hard piping for density testing, sampling, hands washing etc.
--8x1000L stainless steel conical beer fermenter
--7x1000L bright beer tank
--CIP system etc.



Brewery equipment successfully arrived their home in France from China.
Place it according to the equipment layout, and start the exciting installation.









After successful installation, they are testing brewhouse to assure everything is ready before first batch brewing!
