This is a 500l brewhouse(also called cooker in US) to do pre-mashing for distillation, which is combined by a 500L Mash/Lauter Tun and a 1000L Hot Liquor Tank,
 
As they also do with-grain distilling sometimes, so the tubes heat exchanger is equipped in case of blocking when the wort is cooling instead of regular plate heat exchanger in beer brewing systems.
 
 
500L fermenters--- the two tanks on right side are standard conical ones for fermenting clear mashing liquid,
And the one on left side is flat bottom one with agitator for mixing when there are substances remained in the liquid.
 
 
Pipeline works all done by our customer themselves,
We'll provide all necessary assistance including paper works, photos, videos, etc. to help.
 
 
500L distiller with combined 4+8+8 columns for making both high&low alcohol spirits like gin, vodka, rum, whiskey, etc.
 
Based on requests, the condenser and main pipeline are also made of red copper(standard are stainless steel), which makes the machine looks very nice totally.

Chillers.
Usually we’d suggest two sets of chillers to our customers, mainly for two reasons:
1) Saving energy: when the cooling demands is high like both the wort cooling and fermenting to be proceeded at the same time, two chillers would be wort at same time to improve the working efficiency, and when there are relatively small cooling demands like only one or two fermenters need to be cooled, one chiller working would be enough.
2) Emergency: when there is one set of chiller break down for some reasons, the other one can still keep working in case any losses when the wort need to be cooled down immediately.
