Kweza Craft Brewery is the first female led craft brewery in Rwanda (and the first craft brewery in the country!). They are sourcing locally, brewing, cooking, building the country's first craft brewery. Their goals are to build women's generational wealth, build a successful business run by, training, and employing women, and making great beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and delicious matching food.
 
In 2022, we had a lot of discussions on the issue of beer equipment, and finally Tiantai was very honored to support Kweza Craft Brewery to build a dream brewery together.



The main specifications of the beer brewing system:
-- Malt Miller 300-500 kg/hr
-- Flexible Auger
-- 800L Grist Silo
-- 1000L MT + LT + KWT + HLT, steam heated
-- 7 x 1000L fermentation tank + 1 x 1000L bright beer tank
-- 1000L glycol water tank + 2000L cold water tank + 2 x 5HP chiller
-- Brewhouse control cabinet + Fermentation control cabinet
-- Auto keg filler and auto keg washer
-- Air compressor, beer kegs and all other auxiliary equipment



After about 40 days shipping, the equipment is successfully shipped to Rwanda. Look! Below is equipment being unloaded into the brewery.









Tiantai provided information including 2D and 3D drawings, installation videos, user manuals and other information, and the customer successfully installed it on site! They did a great job!





Everything was ready and they started brewing the first batch of beer!
