500L Beer brewing equipment delivery to Zimbabwe, Africa

When I first got in touch with Stanley, he told me he wanted to open a brewery in Zimbabwe.
 
As the Zimbabwe beer market is supplied by a few main beer companies, and the rest rely on the imported beer, this leads to homogeneity of beer flavors.
Stanley has really wonderful experience on craft beer, so he wants to bring those wonderful experiences to the beer drinkers in his homeland, he believes people will love those distinctively flavoured beer!
 
But starting a craft brewery is not easy. It requires a lot of processing and effort. Especially since there are almost no craft breweries in Zimbabwe, no experience can be used for reference.
For a business, it’s not enough to have only ideas. Practical aspects-- Budget, company registry and license, craft beer brewing equipment, new brewery location, beer style, beer recipe, brewery operation...etc., all of these have to be taken into consideration.
 
Obviously, Stanley has done super great on those.
 
No budget? --Present all the brewery information and business prospects to convince the investors and bank for the funding.
No beer brewing equipment?--Talk with different suppliers about the details needed and work with the most reliable one. (That’s why we worked together finally. )
No location?--Find different areas to confirm the space, rent etc, and make a comparison.
No recipe?--Travel around different countries to get more experience on it. What’s more, he also makes market researches to know what the customers really like.

As someone who had watched Stanley solve his problems one by one all the way, I am proud of his passion and determination and also honored to accompany him to complete this dream!
 
Now the 500L beer brewing equipment is about to be delivered. After shipping, installation, debugging etc., the equipment will be put into use for brewing different kinds of beer.

As a start-up microbrewery, the main specifications of Stanley’s craft beer brewing equipment are as below:
 
--Grain milling unit
--500L three vessel brewhouse, heated by steam(Such combination is great for further expanding)
--2x500L and 1x1000L fermenters (Based on two weeks fermentation cycle, it can reach the output of around 4000L beer per month.)
--1x1000L bright beer tank (For beer maturation/packaging)
--Glycol water system (Provide cooling energy for the brewery, have space for further expanding)
--Brewery control cabinet (For brewery components controlling, including pumps, motors, temperature controlling etc.)
--CIP unit (For brewery cleaning)
--Bottling/capping/labeling machine
--Steam Boiler
 
The brewery system is made of high quality stainless steel, the auxiliary equipment such as pumps, heat exchanger, chillers etc. are all from the Chinese leading brand, the controlling components are all from world wide brand such as Delta, Autonics, IFM etc.
