In 2022, TIANTAI had a big pleasure of working with NAT. BREW in Japan to set up a 300L combined 3 vessel brewery equipment in their facility.
The whole system mainly includes:
--300L combined 3 vessel brewhouse
Mash/Lauter tun&Hot Liquor tank+Kettle/Whirlpool tun.
Mash/Lauter tun and Hot Liquor tank are stacked in order to save space.
--2x600L fermentation unitank
--4x300L fermentation unitank
--Glycol cooling system
--Control panel
Brewhouse control and fermentation control share one same cabinet which is hanged on working platform.
--CIP system and so on.



We designed the brewery equipment layout according to the site drawing.



And we designed the 3D drawing for customers to better inspect and install.





NAT. BREW has done a great work of the installation and it was not easy but they have done it successfully.





NAT. BREW opens in early 2023 and they started brewing their first batch!
