In 2021, TIANTAI had a big pleasure of working with Bell Street Beer Brewing Company in Korea to set up a 1000L 3 vessel brewery equipment in their facility. The whole system mainly includes 1000L 3 vessel brewhouse, 1000L fermenters and 1000L brite tank.





The brewer is quite experienced and we talked a lot about the brewing flow chart. The brewhouse is Mash/Kettle tun, Lauter tun, Whirlpool tun. The hot water will get from the instant heating water to save space.



The space is also limited at the ceiling height of 3000mm. So our engineer has customized the tank diameter and also make the piping to be lower than 2700mm so brewer can still have space to operate on top.



You will find there is no platform but there are two movable steps. This also considers the space to make it flexible.



Customer has done a great work of the installation and it was not easy but they have done it successfully.
