Recently, our great customer Le Demeter Brewery reopened with new 500L brewing system in Reunion France. Today I am happy to share with you the story of Reunion France and Tiantai brewery equipment. Hope it could bring you some ideas for your brewery projects.



In 2021, we received the inquiry from Le Demeter Brewery about brewery equipment and started our discussion on brewery equipment. We had a lot of discussions to finalize the equipment configuration and started working together. Thank you very much Le Demeter Brewery for your trust in TIANTAI!
 
This whole 500L brewery equipment system mainly includes:
-- 500L 2-Vessel brewhouse
*Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun
*1000L Hot Water tank;
-- 6x500L Fermenter
-- 2x1000L 1000L fermentation tank
-- Glycol cooling system
*1500L Glycol Water tank
*2x3HP chiller;
*PPR and PEX Glycol Water pipeline.
-- Brewhouse Control Cabinet;
-- Fermentation Control Cabinet;
-- 100L CIP Cart
-- 10-head simi-auto bottling and capping machine.
