Recently, our great customer Swinging Old Lady Brewery opened in Curacao. Today I am happy to share with you the story of Swinging Old Lady Brewery and Tiantai brewery equipment. Hope it could bring you some ideas for your brewery projects.



In 2022, we received the inquiry from Swinging Old Lady Brewery about brewery equipment and started our discussion on brewery equipment. About 3 months later, we finalized the configuration of the 500L 2 vessel brewing system. The equipment started production at the Tiantai factory in early 2023.
 
This whole 500L brewery equipment system mainly includes:
-- 500L 2-Vessel brewhouse
   *Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun
   *1000L Hot Water tank;
-- 5x1000L Fermenter with side manhole
-- 1x1000L Brite tank with side manhole
-- Glycol cooling system
   *500L Glycol Water tank
   *1000L Cold Water tank
   *2x3HP chiller;
   *PPR and PEX Glycol Water pipeline.
-- Brewhouse Control Cabinet;
-- Fermentation Control Cabinet;
-- 100L CIP Cart
-- Portable Pump
After production, the equipment is ready for shipment at the Tiantai factory.





After about 40 days of sea transportation, the equipment arrived in Curacao smoothly. Very excited to unload the tank!
