Something In The Water Brewing is one Canada's New Brewery of the Year of 2022. They are creators of craft beer & sandwiches in Toronto's Liberty Village.
Their 1000L brewery system was made by us at the end of 2021.
The configuration is:
-2-vessel 1000L brewhouse with 2000L HLT;
-6x1000L beer fermentation tanks;
-Glycol cooling system;
-Control system;
-Cleaning cart;
-Grain miller, pumps & motors etc.
