The whole system mainly includes a two vessel brewhouse heated by direct fire, double batches of HLT and GWT, 7BBL and 14BBL fermenters, 14BBL Brite Beer Tanks and other auxiliary machines, etc. Floor plan is designed at the beginning based on the venue blueprint to make sure the tanks well-fit in the room. Most cases a floor plan is usually suggested by us before more specific configurations being discussed, one reason is if the venue space is yet to be decided, we could provide the equipment dimensions based on your expected productions and therefore help to find the according venue space; the other reason is if the venue space is fixed, we could also design a floor plan based on the venue blueprints or dimensions to help determine the suitable size of equipment for it, and then help to determine the specific configurations further.
 
We provide turnkey solutions for our brewery equipment from design, manufacture, delivery to installation and maintenance. Regarding the installation, we could send our engineers to there to help connect and install the equipment for you, or like most cases, our customers usually would like to choose to finish the installation themselves, in this way we’ll provide the necessary assistance including manual instructions, videos and photos, and all the other possible helps to finish the installation, and then a plumber and electrician would only need  to be found from the local to complete the complicated connections.
 
All the equipment were loaded and delivered in one container. We’ll also provide a container layout for our customers after the configurations are all confirmed to make sure the container space will be fully used and save as much cost as possible.
 
Tanks arrived on winter. It would be better to make some plans and schedules on off seasons, and then after installation and testing, nice beer will be served on summer!
