In California, there is a very nice brewpub--Bay Boys Brewing.



They are a micro brewery,with 7BBL beer brewing equipment.7BBL is a popular capacity in the USA for microbreweries.
The main specifications of the beer brewing system:

--Grain Milling Unit [300~500kg/hr]
-- Flexible Auger, 600L Grist silo
--7bbl 2-vessel steam heated brewhouse with 7bbl hot liquor tank
--6sets x 7bbl beer fermenter unitanks
--14BBL Glycol cooling unit, 10HP glycol chiller
--Brewhouse control cabinet/Fermentation control cabinet
--100L CIP Cleaning Cart.

Couple more inspections and we are cleared brew tanks to brew. Brewery site and high quality craft beer!













In the second phase, Bay boys brewing was expanding their brewery with new 7BBL beer fermentor, 15BBL beer fermentation tanks, horizontal bright beer tanks, more craft beer is coming!
