Main features of the fermenters:
* High Quality Material: all materials used for the tanks are belong to high level sus 304 or 316 to make sure the quality and enduring using;
* Dry Hopping Port: horizontal level port is available to be customized;
* CIP Ball: 360°spray ball installed to make sure cleaning without dead corner;
* Pressure Manhole: robust oval manhole and high level of EPDM seals equipped to make sure the high pressure.
* Rotary Racking Arm: new upgraded rotating racking arm with smoothly operating.
* Foot Unit: adjustable foot bolts and pad provided to adjust leveling on uneven ground or fine height adjusting.
* Carbonation Stone/Spunding Valve/Level Indicator Provided as requests.

Auto welding line.
 
Dry hopping port with pressurized dropping tank supplied.
 
Each dimple jacket are hand-welded by our workers to make sure no leakage happens during later using.
 
Completely acid washing and passivation for interior finish and oil brushed for exterior finishing.
 
Tri-clamp or GIN connection types provided for options.

* Dimension: φ1060x2580mm (Customizable).
The dimensions of the tank are available to be customized based on requirements like ceiling height or room spaces.
* 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield.
* Insulation: TH=80mm with low thermal conductivity PU.
* Tank Working Pressure: 2bar/30psi.
* Mechanical safe valve PVRV 2bar/30psi on top (1bar/15psi available).
* Full sanitary sampling valve with EPDM seal.
* Hydraulic shock pressure gauge on CIP arm （Diaphram type for optional).
* Sanitary welded thermowell for high accuracy temperature sensor 1pcs.
* Discharge arm with butterfly valve, Removable and easy to clean.
