Please allow me to share this 1000L Fermentation Tank with you.
 
As we all know that the fermentation tanks are also an essential part in brewery in addition to the brewhouse system, the beer are brewed in brewhouse tanks and finally get into the fermenters to be fermented. The material and craft of the tanks or its components may affect the flavor the beer as well.
Today I’d like to share some photos and details of our fermentation tanks with you to help you get a better understanding of our brewery equipment and hope they are being helpful to you with finding your wanted configurations.
 
This is a 1000L steam jacketed fermenter with side manhole. The whole tank are made of two layers of 304 stainless steel plate with steam jacket and insulation rock wool inside the space. The outer layer is 2mm and the inner layer is 3mm. The larger the tank, the thicker the walls.
 
This is the wall of fermenters under production, as you can see from the photo, every single steam hole is being welded separately to ensure its quality and stability.
 
The same capacity of tanks may comes in different shapes and sizes, that will very according to the height requirements of our clients, we could lower the tanks by enlarging the diameters or reduce the leg length if you have a limited height, or we could also make it thin and high if you have limited area.
 
Adjustable feet are customized in case your factory ground has micro slops.
As you can see from the photos below, the adjustable range of the adjustable feet is about 70mm.
And the adjustable stick is separated with the pad so it has better adjustability to fit for micro slops and make sure the draining going well.
 
The whole fermenter mainly includes:
1. CO₂ Blow Off Arm
2. CIP Arm
3. CIP Spray Ball
4. Dimple Jacket
5. Pressure Manhole
6. Sample Valve
7. Rotary Racking Port.
8. Discharging Port
And also, we supply the Spunging Valve, Carbonation Stone and Dry Hopping Port for your options.
