15BBL Beer Equipment is about to be delivered

Recently we have a complete set of 15BBL system which is about to be delivered to Canada.



The configurations of this project is quite representative. So I am sharing it with you below.
 
The main configurations are:
 

• Three vessel brewhouse (MT+LT+KWT).
• 30BBL HLT.
• Pneumatic valves and PLC control for easy operation.
• LT with wort collecting ring and back flush device, It could ensure a smooth lautering and avoid block off.
• Glass manhole and tank light so that we can observe the inside of tanks.
• Grain outdoor on bottom.
• Washing Sink.
• Grist Hydrator for feeding, it could lower the risk of grist oxidation and pre-mashing.
• Hop-back for hops adding.
• Wort grant to avoid negtive pressure under the false bottom in lauter tun.
• 3-tank CIP system with hard piping connection.
• Flow meter to calculate how much water will flow to the tanks.
• Water blending station to mix hot and city water to a certain temperature.
