This is a set of 1500l three vessel brewhouse with square shape of layout designed, main configurations&features included in this system:
1) Brewhouse structure: Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun;
2) PLC control cabinet with touch screen and pneumatic valves configured to realize auto controlling;
3) Heat exchanger with high cooling efficiency;
4) Steam heated system;
5) Glycol cooling system including GWT, Chillers as well as glycol pipelines included;
6) CIP cleaning station.
 
The brewhouse is under final testing before shipping.
 
Lauter Tun:
Grain bed rake with positive inversion control;
Manually lifted spent grain dozer for spent grain out;
False bottom easy taken out from spent grain door.
 
1500L fermenters with side mounted manholes.
Customization services provided like position of manholes(top or side mounted), dimensions, labels, and logos, etc.
Installation services are okay to be provided if needed, specific engineers are available to be sent to your locations for installing and training services if there are requirements.
